I stayed here in May 2022 with my family and friends. We had 3 separate rooms. The location of the hotel was excellent for our 5 night visit. The rooms were very clean, all linens were good quality and smelt fresh. The room and bathroom were somewhat small but functional, renovated and air conditioned so we didn’t mind at all. I have recommended this hotel to other friends travelling to Oaxaca soon, and we will stay here again should we return. We are the free breakfast which was fairly basic but tasty. Also, the staff were very helpful with our bags and we had laundry done while there which was arranged through the reception desk. Was much appreciated, thank you!

We stay here for three days and we have great time great service to us. Our rooms were clean every day my suite and left the a bottle is water on the vanity sink top and in our bathroom is clean every day is just a great service and tule location in Al historic center.will come back if I have another opportunity and I will recommend this hotel great service great customer service from the main door ,restaurant, and the laundry service, all the way to the third-floor ,,,We love this place

Great location. Good boutique style hotel. No window in room to outside, as window is inwards towards courtyard- so can get a little noisy at busy times in hotel. Not a worry for us. Really clean, great shower, but smallish rooms. Great value.friendly staff. Could not have asked for more for what I paid. Thank you Hotel Abu.Perfect location for day of the dead celebrations, everything happened almost outside the door, but far enough away to not to disturb.

This hotel is very centrally located in the downtown area. It's a few blocks to the plaza, and just about the same to churches in the area. There are many cafes/restaurants close by, some stores, taxis are fairly easy to find.

The building itself is in good condition, inside it is modern, clean. There's an attached restaurant and a breakfast offered, but I did not try either. I had a smaller room with an indoor view only. There's normal stuff in the room, an AC unit, tv, a safe (didn't use), small bathroom with shower. You do get toiletries. The bed was comfortable. I think for a more budget hotel, this place was very good.

Given the hotel's reasonable daily price, its design and location, I will give it a five star rating. There are bigger, fancier and more expensive hotels in Oaxaca (think Quinta Real) but this hotel is excellent within its category. The desk staff is especially helpful and the maintenance/cleaning staff are tireless in their efforts to keep everything spotless.

great hotel, its just to modern for oaxaca, but its perfect for resting, rooms are small they remember me of europe hotel rooms. Food its good but slow service. They lend mi an umbrella on front desk. service its good, shower its amazing. beds are ok, it has elevator. its perfect to stay near downtown in a clean place!
