Loved the location.. the room was very nice and clean, and the people very nice and helpful. Will definitely be staying there on my next trip.

Don’t stay here. We stayed for three nights when in Oxaca which is delightful. Unfortunately there was a power cut for two of the three days we were there. This meant we were without lights, electricity and WiFi for the majority of our time. Instead of being apologetic and offering a discount as I’d expect, the hotel acted like it was very normal and just carried on. We got given one spot light to operate. The walls are also very thin, on the final night so you can hear others throughout the hotel. The one positive of the hotel is the rooftop, it gets lot of sun and has great views.

El personal súper amables y serviciales. Céntrico, y fácil de comprar survenirs.
Highly kind the people on the hotel. Always smiling. And I love the old fashion furniture and decorations.

This hotel is very well situated in the center of the city. Just a couple blocks from El Zocalo, right next to the markets 20 de Noviembre and Benito Juarez. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. There's a terrace on the roof and others throughout the hotel. The hotel provides free parking in a guarded lot near by. There's really nothing we didn't like about this place. Will definitely stay again.

This is an amazing historical HB, it is truly mesmerizing and full of history. The staff is very attentive and the owners, well the owners are one of a kind, hospitality is through the roof! If you stay here you will not be disappointed, that I can guarantee :)

The staff was super friendly, the breakfast amazing, beautiful decoration with big rooms, and the best location for walking around the center.

Will definitely stay again.
