Olga n Yadira were fabulous! Super super attentive to all our needs. Olga works in front office n Yadira is in charge of housekeeping n preparing breakfast.
Hotel is simple, very clean, in a typical colonial style of the area.
I would recommend it. P.S....no elevator. Building is only two stories. Centrally located to nice eating places n markets.
In the evening time, on top of building, is a terrace and beautifully decorated with native plants n comfortable furniture. Very nice place to enjoy fresh air n have a drink. No bar at this hotel.

Nice hotel with lovely staff. My husband lost his phone, and they put the effort in to retrieve it from the can company and have a fellow Vancouver guest bring it back to us. The morning breakfast included with the room was wonderful. It was a full breakfast, with fresh fruit, 3 different fresh juices, toast, yoghurt, beans, eggs, cereal, tea and coffee. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location, close to lots of restaurants and shops.

The people were exceptionally friendly and the rooms were excellent. The group I was with was completely taken care of without question(except with the complainer and even she found little to gripe about). The quiet location is great and within walking distance of a vibrant and engaging part of the city and several museums as well as the large Arch on the hillside. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax if you are not into going out and has good views of the area. Having foreign currency not in US funds proved to be no issue here. If you are staying in the city and unsure where to get rooms try them out.
