They advertise pet friendly but do not mention the 300.peso.per day for animals until you're here. So for the price I'm not confident it's worth it.

The hotel is beautiful and its close to a lot of really nice things to see. The beds are hard as rocks and the restaurant is less than adequate. They allow dogs which is a bonus but you have to take them to potty on the street. They have private, secure, free parking but be warned that if you have a larger car its going to be stressful getting it in and out. Nice staff.

I booked this hotel as it advertised lovely looking baths. I get to the hotel and the plugs don't work. the water was also very slow due to work on the pipes. DO NOT OPE A HOTEL IF YOU HAVE NO WATER! I told them and they said it is shower only! the bed sheets also had stains on.
I was offered no refund/reductions/upgrades. The check in was also appallingly slow, very annoying after a long days travel, very disappointed.

Booked this after a long hike to relax for the evening. The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming despite trying to make conversation. Finally got our room and it wasn’t as the pictures portrayed. No kettle but mugs etc, bathroom fan painfully loud, WiFi was very temperamental, no minibar. Our room was on the main road so the traffic was awfully loud, definitely take earplugs! There was a door in the room to next door so we could hear them talking as I’m sure they could us. For the price it really wasn’t a good deal and I wouldn’t be going back anytime soon.

Great value for your money. Be sure to make your reservation via Best Day or similar to get the best deal. It is walking distance from both Downtown and the beautiful Santo Domingo church. Rooms are really comfortable, well equipped, clean and Spacey. Bathroom is gorgeous. People are nice and will always be happy to provide assistance. Only downside is the parking lot. It is extremely steep and will definitely scrape the lower part of you car. Suv and truck will have a hard time turning inside of it. I highly recommend this hotel.

I think I was one of only a few guests, but very spacious, well accomodated rooms and the staff is very attentive and available 24/7. The only downside is they are on a steep hill and a few blocks away from Zocalo; the upside is it isn't as loud as being close to the city center. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

Street nose can be loud. We went to take a shower in the morning there was no hot water. when we went to ask the front desk about it they told us they just turn the heater on. We were a family of 6, that stayed in two rooms. Most the days they did't have hot water, and they didn't wanted to give me my money back!
