I would give ten stars if I could. Not only was Omar our server professional, attentive, and kind, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the food and mezcal. He explained the origins, process and traditions of the foods and beverages thoroughly. The food was by far the best we've had, far better than the "tour guide recommendations" and foodie websites we went to. Try the "mini quesillos", taco crocante, mole coloradito with beef tongue, and coconut shrimp! If you have time order an Irish coffee with house made cream... Out of this world!
