Really large portions of mole for a tasting. I feel that smaller sizes would be better. Also getting the mushrooms isn’t really worth it, they don’t add too much dimension or flavor.
Some moles were bland and salty, others were rich and tasty, I rated them out of 10. Overall it was a bit too much portion size to enjoy. However, the drinks were delicious.

We stumbled upon this vegan restaurant- we aren’t vegan but we thought we give it a try! It was awesome. The soup u0026 the salad was awesome. The dessert specialty was super delicious u0026 the non alcoholic drinks. Thank you to the servers - they were so kind u0026 have excellent customer service.

Amazing place if you are vegan and if you aren’t then also it’s a fantastic place to try vegan . We obviously we’re super hungry so over ordered :( we ordered the mole tasting but they gave us at the end of the meal which was weird cause the portions were huge and how can one taste after the belly is full ! I always thought mole was a sauce but here it was served as soup so was little confusing for me .anyways we did not care for the mole but rest everything was super tasty ! Drinks were amazing a must go restaurant. I always wonder if we give good ratings will they jack up the prices :) I hope not cause Oaxaca is getting so popular hope it remains cheap and the tourists don’t make this expensive:( vegan and vegetarian you must go and eat very cute ambience

I stayed five days in Oaxaca and had lunch here twice. Gave me the oportunity as a vegan to try authentic oaxacan mole, which was beautifully balanced with the maduros in the tortillas. It's such a beautiful and special place, great atmosphere and super attentive and knowledgable staff. They have great attention for detail and all the food and drinks are just exquisite (almond milk and cheese made in house, as well as the blue corn tortillas). I cannot recommend this place enough. This should win all the prices there are for vegan restaurants.

Nice vegan restaurant ????
Really fresh and organic ingredients, you can taste how light you feel afterwards (in a positive way ;) ).
The portions are not so big, so be sure to get an starter.
Nice atmosphere and great service ???? ???? ????
They only accepted cash, we were able to pay in Dollars.

Visited this restaurant twice already and will probably visit again before we leave. The food is of a high standard, but does feel a little hit-and-miss. While I don't doubt these are among the most authentic vegan replicas of Oaxacan cuisine, some dishes are just a little boring - for instance, the enchiladas in mole roja.
Presentation is great, staff are really friendly, and some dishes are really tasty (nopal salad, pineapple and cucumber agua del dia, and whatever the green mile dish is - enmoladas??), and prices are very reasonable.

It would’ve been great, but it was overpriced for what you get. We enjoyed the ceviche and the guacamole very much, then we tried the 7 mole plate. It was more like a sampler and misadvertised that it was enough for two people. It was smaller than the appetizers. We’re disappointed that for an entree price, you get a tasting. I suppose we fell for the tourist trap especially since it’s not usual to find an exclusively plant-based restaurant. At least the flavors were tasty compared to what we read in previous reviews! Still looking for a vegetarian mole to love out there..
