Went for breakfast, food was OK, service is somehow slow. They bring you the bakery basket by default without saying anything, then they'll charge you for what you've taken at the end. They should at least say it clearly when they bring it.

We only stayed for coffee and it was very strong. Just the way I like it. The pastries were very good as well. The service was great and if I'm in town again, I'll go back. Very pleasant atmosphere.

The place was not too full, but it took a long time for someone to come take our drink orders. Waitress only came over once, we had to keep asking random waitresses, who were not to keem on helping, for more coffee. Bad service over all.

This place has gone out of business as of Feb 24, 2021. I just tried to go there last night. It’s completely shuttered.

Awful service! I've been here for more than 1 hour and they haven't served my food (just eggs!!). They say its because the restaurant is full but it is not, they are barely at 60% of capacity.

I’ll have to agree with others on here, neither friendliness nor service is very good at this VIPS. (and there was more staff than patrons) Food was OK, somewhat in line with other VIPS. There is room to improve.
