The location of Taiyari Hostal is great. And that’s about it.
All the bed sheets are old and with little holes in them. Some of the showers leak, so the floor in the common area is a constant pool and no one is cleaning it. The rooms are super basic, there’s only beds, no hangers, no chairs, no anything to put your stuff on, and no windows either.
The worst is that the staff is absolutely disrespectful to the quiet hours, the TV from the reception area (which connects to all the other areas) is full on 24/7 (!), and you can hear them chatting during their night shifts ALL the time, as there is no sound isolation.
I wish I could say it’s one of those places where you pay just for a place to sleep in a nice part of the city and then just don’t spend any extra minute in the room, but honestly it’s impossible to fall asleep here.
