Food was on time, good, and service was polite and attentive.

Great dining experience, even though the level of service is not up to par with other locations abroad, still better service than most restaurants in MTY.

Greta location, excelent food and service. Prices are reasonable.

The food is good but expensive. I have had better and cheaper ramen.

Although I have always loved the experience PF Chang’s offers abroad I have to say my visit to PF Chang’s Monterrey was ok. Food was great! But as I know there is no customer service in Mexico. We have to direct our waiter several times when lacking willingness to have an excellent service. Overall okay

We arrived to what seemed an empty restaurant on a Friday night. Immediately we were greeted and seated. A few minutes later our server arrived. I don’t know if he was in the middle of a double or a long shift, but he showed facial expressions of discomfort. We asked for drinks and water. The water never showed up (by the way, we only got one refill on that water in the whole evening). Finally, food starts coming out. It was superb. But service never improved. I wish I could remember this guy’s name. Not to get him in trouble but to assure he is well aware of his performance and can improve it. At that, he didn’t even introduced himself.

We spent a good amount of money there and tipped him very generously. I’m in the same field and can imagine his salary. But trust me, someone else, like my partner, would have left a lot less.

Excellent choice for Oriental food. One of the best in city, personally I'd recommend the Singapore street noodles, won't regret.
