The facilities are very well decorated, you feel in a cozy area. the service is very good, the waiters are on the lookout, the food is good and tasty, the costs are high but the portions are large. The drinks are varied and I recommend taking the promotions of the day.

Disappointment at its finest.

I arrive to an early dinner telling my friend that this place might be a little better than Olive Garden. Wrong I was. Server took a while to arrive to the table. He introduced himself and was polite (that’s what got them the extra star) but his trips were limited and he kept forgetting things. You would asume that maybe cause it was a full restaurant, nope. There are no more than 10 tables being occupied and it appears that it’s a fully staffed shift.

But food was alright? Nope. Mediocrity in every aspect. Paid $300 pesos for a piece of meat that was not prepared well, rough, and no sides. Just look at the plate, a piece of steak with a few pieces of fried potato balls it’s not worthy of it.

Seriously, I hope that this is not a regular of Italiani’s. I really do wish they would improve.

The server was very nice however the kitchen run out of 5 out of 6 items for appetizer. The food took over 45 min to get to the table and we were the only table.

Service and inventory is definitely an area opportunity for this restaurant.

Exquisite breakfast. And the waiter was extremely polite and friendly, best waiter ever!
