We booked three rooms. 2 out of the 3 rooms had dirty beds with nail clippings, stains, and hair between the sheets and covers. The hotel changed the two rooms for new ones. The carpet has not been vacuumed, as we found nail clippings and trash on the floor. Additionally the finishes of the room are dated, the windows are dirty, the AC does not cool the room enough, and one of our rooms was missing the iron. Will not be staying here again.
Edit: This morning, we found cockroaches in the bathroom.

It's was old I fund roaches ,the towels very old ,carpet duty and old ,walls duty ,bath smell like humidity in the entire hotel very bad experience...

Lack of hygiene. Dirty smelly, good ubication but if you decide stay there take your own pillows and blankets and towels and a lot of Lysol and Clorox wipes.
And your own hair dryer. And shampoo and soap.
Onestly the owners at the hotel have to take care of all the place. As I already said is in a very good ubication and for that's what I give 1 star.

All I did was unlock door n room was dark I could see no pad to get electricity because I am partially blind Shut door n went back to front desk for refund n they said no I should’ve asked for help. This is very discriminatory against partially blind people. I paid to unlock a door

The rooms are big, clean and has microwave, minifridge and a locker too. The front desk also arranged a taxi for us when we had an early morning appointment. But the room service was not always readily available, probably due to COVID-19. However, I was satisfied with the overall service.

Old rooms.
Old amenities.
Average to poor customer service.

You can get better places for the same price.
The onlything good is the location.
