My stay here has been nothing short of the most amazing hotel experience I’ve had in my life. The facility is beautiful and super clean. Server like Abigail and Margarita have made me feel so appreciated and they work so hard. I absolutely Love IT here. I forgot to mention the food here is also on another level. The chefs working the stations were super friendly and helpful even with the language barrier. Absolutely awesome dishes

Building looks a bit out dated. Could do with a face lift. Rooms are clean and serviced every day. Elevators are quick and many. Staff are friendly. Centrally located. Good taxi service. Large breakfast choices at a good price. Dinner was good

Overall impression of the hotel has been great: friendly and helpful staff, nice variety of breakfast buffet (especially fruits), and conveniently located close to shopping districts and tourist attractions. Room was a bit outdated but was clean and had a nice view of the city. Most staff members speak little English but I was doing just fine for the most part.

I saw a lot of good reviews for this hotel, which is why I was eager to book a room, but my stay wasn't nearly worth my money.
The bathroom door didn't shut, I had to leave it open (not talking about the lock, but the actual door).
Double beds were fine, but there was only about 1meter and half from the feet of the bed to the wall in front (not spacious).
No smart tv? Only basic cable with 20+ channels.
The worst were the faucet handles.
The bathroom sink faucet handles couldn't stop dripping water. I had such a hard time getting the shower faucet handles to stop running water too and I never was able to completely (it was still dripping).

The hotel is excellent. The rooms need to be remodeled some faucets lick water since they are too old. The water from the shower comes outside... it would be a wait if they let it down. It could be the best hotel in town if they really invest in remodeling the rooms.

We stayed for 4 nights and did not have a good experience. The bed sheets were stained and they never fully restocked our towels each day. The rooms were also visibly not very well maintained. The lounge chair was worn and the tv remote was cracked. We were definitely overcharged.

This is our favorite hotel on the city, mostly because of the indoor pool. It has a jacuzzi section with warm water. The beds are very comfortable, as well as the pillows. The general atmosphere is calm and relaxed.
We only had a minor issue which we we brought to the staff attention, but was never attended.
