The hotel rooms are what you expect for a Marriott Courtyard. The people at the front desk dont seem to care much about the customers and can be rude.

This is a fantastic hotel with big, comfortable rooms and fantastic beds. It's very fairly priced, staff is always very kind and it has a small pool area that is great for BBQs and hanging out. Parking is complimentary and lots of good restaurants nearby. Overall a great hotel.

We have been coming to Monterrey area for several years, we found this hotel very well located, attention to custemers is always outstanding, food is great. I wish you can upgrade the rooms to look more modern and up to date with USB, leds, extration in the bathrooms, microwave, coffee maker, this will make it even better. I have always been happy with my BonVoy membership, its the best in the market.

Only stayed one night. Very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The only small thing was I was awaken twice by the trains. But I fell asleep fast.

Very good service. The hotel has a restaurant that does room service too. Good food. Good ambience. There is a small gym with a couple of treadmills, an exercise cycle and an elliptical and some free weights with a bench. The swimming pool is small and may be good enough only for the kids. The staff is nice and attentive. Rooms are clean and very well maintained. Housekeeping every day.

We love the Courtyard San Jeronimo, we have been there many times and every single time we have been treated like family. There is nothing impossible for the staff when it comes to providing us with the highest level of comfort. The food in the restaurant is delicious and they also accommodate for our particular preference of food and drinks. We recommend the Courtyard San Jeronimo to anyone that cares about comfort and good customer service.
