We finally found a good hotel that knows how to treat guests. We had bad experience in other hotels in Mexico city so this one was such a nice experience. The people are very nice, overall speak very good English and the rooms are amazing. We had a nice stay and would definitely come back.

The location, quality of service and facilities are great just as expected. I will definitely be staying here on my future trips.
The standard room was small but has everything you need without the need for an upgrade.

The location of this hotel is great, walking distance from paseo de la Reforma, bosque de Chapultepec and Polanco. The rooms are big and the bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. We were a bit concerned that it might be noisy given that it's quite close to some main roads, however the rooms are very well isolated so we didn't hear anything from outside. I highly recommend visiting the rooftop bar since it has a very nice view

Great place to stay in Mexico city with a great view to Chapultepec castle and garden. Staff is friendly and always get what is needed, even if we couldn't speak spanish. Rooms are ok.

Very pleased with my short stay. The staff was wonderful and for $69 a night, I can’t complain because hotels within 2 miles from here are over $400 a night.

The beds are comfortable. There’s a huge tv in the room. For the price, I didn’t think the room was outdated. The bathroom could definitely use a remodel or at least a handyman.

It’s not a 5 star rating because of the following:
- During check in the staff explains the room keys are contactless which means you’ll have to download an app on your phone to get into your room and to operate the elevator. Guests should be given the option to get a physical key/card. I was given a card after having multiple issues with the app not working and having to go up and down to the lobby.
- The toilet made very loud noises.
- The actual toilet flush handle was totally unscrewed and was hanging loose.
- Neither the a/c or the heater worked. Our room was 60° (F) one night and the heater never worked.
- You can hear anyone walking the hallway and the same goes for anything that happens outside on the street.
- I wish there was a microwave in the room or a small coffee maker.

The area is safe in my opinion.
You’re within 10-15 minutes from the best shopping centers and restaurants. There’s a seafood restaurant across the street where they have the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. There’s also a tiny coffee shop across the street and right next to it, is a tiny restaurant where they make the best green juices. Look out for the neon orange signs outside the shop and you won’t regret trying the green juice.

I would definitely stay here again because of the price and the area.

Checked in on Saturday to a nice little room on the 5th floor. Happy to see a desk, USB chargers, a fridge, a safe, and a great bathroom with a shower. Morelia was the first person we encountered on check-in and after asking for a nearby restaurant recommendation she sent us to one of the best carnitas places in Mexico City. Also, while my wife speaks a small bit of Spanish, Morelia is great with English. For the price, location, breakfast upstairs with a view of a castle, and wonderful service, we'd easily stay again.

Hotel is a little dated but room was very clean , bed is comfortable and shower was hot, despite spraying in weird directions. Check-in/check-out can be a little slow but it is not the end of the world. They let us have a 6pm checkout (for an 'ok' price, although this price wasn't consistent when I tried to confirm the next morning and they tried to increase the cost) so we could have a shower before our flight, so this was a big plus for us. For some reason they could not give us a key to our room on check-in so we had to be let back in by the bellboy when coming back from dinner, then pickup a key the next day. This was all very confusingly explained to me, but in their defense, my Spanish is only basic. The reason was they had run out of keys. It was pretty annoying at the time, but still, not the end of the world. The location is within walking distance to quite a few great neighbourhoods. For the price/performance ratio, it was as expected. Although, some of the reviews seem to rave a lot more about it, so maybe we just lucked out.
