Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be let down.

This hotel was perfect for my trip purposes. It is super closed to Polanco and many beautiful touristic places of interest Like The Chapultepec Castle. The hotel is very pretty, very high customer service and the food in the restaurant is delicious.

We really enjoyed our stay the rooms where clean, we where able to check in early or they could have hold our bags.
The food for breakfast In the restaurant and lounge where good it’s definitely worth adding breakfast to your room.
The lounge morning staff was amazing and was ver hospitable. How ever lizabeth in the after noon tapas was rude and Mande me feel like I was bothering her we decided to leave early the second night after we seen she was there. -1 the one star because of her service I wanted to hang out there but we felt we needed to leave so we went down the street to Hijas de la tostada. Now there is a place we could really feel comfortable the staff was amazing and so was the food and terrace.

At the moment I am traveling a lot to Mexico on business. The hotel has everything I need. Coffee machine in the room, cozy bed and nice fitness center. However my last two trips this month have been disappointing. Almost every day staff is walking the halls on all floors with a loud sanitation machine. I can appreciate them taking precautions due to the ongoing Covid situation BUT 4:30 in the morning is not ok! I work very long days and don’t care to be waking up 1.5 hours than needed. I have complained to the front desk multiple times but they don’t seem to care. I will move hotels if needed in my next trip.

The staff is the most kind and attentive, and breakfasts both food and service is premium, one of the bests we ever had in america; yet poor choices from probably negligent eager owners or administration ruins the experience, lock guarded fridge unless you open a credit card record for it? Defective doors keeps you on front desk asking for help to enter your room... But of course the cost is way up too high, you can compare the cost of living here vs the cost of the stay in these hotels and is one the highest in Latinoamérica i cant comprehend something so expensive has such cheap treatments with their clients

The hotel is centrally located very close to Chapultepec park and is a few minutes away from Polanco and Reforma. The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. When we come back to CDMX we'll definitely be staying here again.
