First things first: THIS IS NOT A 5star hotel as you see on google. Suites Contempo was a disappointment from arrival until our last day. I booked 4 nights, didn’t get the chance for a good night of sleep in any of the 5 days.

I arrived at 22h, got a room on their second building, 2nd floor. The room was smelling, AC didn’t work and the decoration was just really poor. There was an insane traffic noise outside and you could feel any truck coming up as the whole room would vibrate.

The next day I asked for another room as per the above and they gave me a new room 401 that in theory has a functional AC. Another mistake, AC didn’t work. The room was also smelling food and the corridor also was with a very strong smell of what it seems to be used to reduce other smells but hust gets it worse. To add to all this, during the night not only the traffic was there but also a really loud eletronic music playing from a club. You CANT SLEEP at all.

The terrace have the same problems (noises, vibrating floor as per traffic).

I booked this place thinking I would be in a 5star place but it’s a 3star tops. Would never book again.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff with excellent wifi which can be hard to find in similar priced hotels around Mexico city. The good wifi is the reason I'll be coming back.

This is a nice hotel. I was upgraded for free from a junior suite to an executive suite through the site used to book this hotel.

This is not Polanco. When I searched Polanco this came up. This is more Anzures. I felt safe as the police regularly patrolled the area. I saw a couple of peddlers and one homeless person. It’s a good location to Polanco, about a 5 minute walk. There is a smaller 7-11 across the street. I would call this a boutique hotel which only has 38 rooms.

My room was nice but barely got any sunlight and felt cold all the time. The room itself was spacious. A couple of cons however. No matter where I put my items, the refrigerator froze my items even though it was set to medium. Another con is that as I was using the microwave and one burner on the stove, a fuse blew out. The bedroom was constantly dark even with lighting. I think the place didn’t have that much electricity. The Wi-Fi was very spotty and a little frustrating.

The pros outweighed the cons. There was plenty of seating. There was a balcony. Trees ensured privacy. The bed was comfortable. An even though there wasn’t that much natural light, the windows were abundant. There was also plenty of storage.

I enjoyed speaking with the staff. They are professional and kind.

The restaurant is on the 7th floor depending on which building you’re in. It had great eats and a good selection of menu items.

Hi guys, the hotel is ok... the internet is terrible, I had a hard time to work during 2 weeks, due the poor internet. The TV is not great and it’s in the middle between the bed and the couch, so two cannot watch it together, there is kitchen, but no pan and no window, so the whole apartment can smell, and the shower or it’s or too hot or too cold. It’s too difficult to find the right temperature.
The pillows are not great and they don’t offer any hotter blanket.

And there is not a good office... or you work from the couch or in the table in the kitchen... and there are not too many plugs...

I liked the cleaning, the girls are great and super organized!

Great hotel central to local attractions. Very clean and attentive staff. Our suite was perfect for 3 people with kitchenette, sitting area, and great view. Back private room was nice but you can hear music from discoteca on weekends. Take ear plugs and you'll be fine. Extra stars for location and price!!
