Poorly documented Zero Kid Policy. I watched the proprietor update their page on a third party booking site as we were frantically searching for other options. Google reviews currently lists their property as kid friendly. Hardly. "We dont discriminate against any people here." Dude, children are people too.

Imagine driving long hrs arriving to this place, we were discriminated for having a child... We had to listed very tired to a young boy... That extortion us for paying and didn't let us out... Very bad experience... The place has a good idea of cleaning... But bad service... Just a boy that can speak Japanese and thinks he is special for it.... I he has to learn something from Japanese is to have some honor and don't ask for keys to rent it again after nights were paid... He they robbed us and extortion and then even ask for keys back.... Also all the furniture is very cheap including matriss...

The bedroom is very small, also the bathroom, the matriss was very low quality, honestly it only looks good in photos... They chose good angles... I would say is misleading information and misleading marketing... I would never ever stay there again... We where charged for 2 nights we didn't even stay one... The owner has no idea of how to give a service...

After arriving and looking for a place for our pug to stay which was very easy along our friends this man intimidate us saying the was 130 kilos and 9 inches tall and we could not leave without paying 2 nights, we understand about paying one, but he didn't let us go, and our baby needed a place to stay with a decent matriss... Wich he refused to changed... After his mother came to help him... Because he was being very rude ... Never stop discriminating us... We are international travelers this place has no idea of service... For quality of service and quality of furniture should be in 4 stars... We came back to talk again and waited peacefully for him to stop talking with his japanese boyfriend and refused saying to complain only by internet review because he should not talk to us...

We stayed end of 2019. Hector is a lovely, warm and friendly host. Room was clean, serene and the villa is charming and super handy to everything. Hector's recommendations from coffee and food to local sights were perfect.

Positive: Exceptional hosts who are very helpful and put you at ease. Located in a nice neighbourhood definitely made it all the more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very functional and definitely is a great add on.. Negative: Nothing at all to complain.

Great colonial style house right across the street of the Frida Kahlo museum. Hector and his parents are professional and kind. The bed is the best bed ive slept in in my month in Mexico. The price is democratic. Nice terrace. Big bonus kudos that they let me leave my stuff there while i waited for my flight! Very much appreciated (instead of walking around all day with it). Shower was also great!
