Couldn't even order, so I just left. My US phone wasn't loading their QR code digital menu, they had no physical menus and none of the staff offered me their device to look at the menu. When I told them if I could see the menu that I wouldn't know what to order and I would have to just leave, they didn't seem to care in any way, so I left. Probably for the best since I'm an habitual over-tipper and they certainly don't deserve any tips.

Food was better and now the pastas are terribly greasy. Do not order the aglio something or the arrabbiata pastas, the latter aside from being super greasy is very spicy and the cook doesn't inform it. Service is fast and prices are ok for the size of the portions. Good for a quick bite and the fact that they give each individual a card to pay for each check is convenient.

The food was alright, I ordered a Chicken Alfredo pasta, with Mozzorella dip. The pasta lacked in flavor u0026 sauce; could use more of both. Ordered a lemonade that had no sugar u0026 my fiancé had a mojito which was good along with the mozzorella dip and breads. Overall food was edible but could use more flavor.

Use to enjoy more Vapiano but our two dishes were pretty neutral in taste.

I came here a few times three years ago and I really liked it. I came back a couple of times this month and I am disappointed. Quality has changed. The first time they had no more wine bottles in stock at all. And the last time they had not even half their homemade pasta in the menu. Staff is still nice though, but they are becoming very cheap in quality.

Its good for a lunch after work or a casual date or family meal. There is a variety of things to explore in the menu so everyone gets their fill. Price is good and the food is semi-customizable as its cooked in front of you. Dont be afraid of the drinks and dessert bar as they are super friendly and will recommend you stuff or serve you whatever you want.

I have been to other locations in Amsterdam, and Germany, and loved it, but felt let down by this location. The menu didn't have rissoto, the desserts were lacking, and the taste of my food was underwhelming. It wasn't terrible, just meh. I should've known when I walked in and it was empty. Maybe I just came on a bad day.
