The most broken hotel ever :)
I had to change the cards at least 3 times - it would not work either in the elevator, either to open the room. Once it happened when I walked for 8 floors up (yep, the elevator didn't work too) just to figure out that the card doesn't work again.
The AC was not working properly too - for some reason we needed to call to the front desk to switch it on and off all the time. The front desk lady said that the technician would come tomorrow but didn't. We had to remind again (it is a little bit of a problem because there is no way to have an air flow otherwise).
In general, people are nice, but the attention to details (for instance, there were literally holes in our towels) and all the problems with the technical things didn't leave a good impression.
