I've been at this location multiple times and everytime is a different experience. But the most common scenario is the lack of customer service from the servers. This last time I was there with a group of friends and we waited outside because the place was full. When it was our turn to get in we were told there was no tables or space by the bar but we could stand up and float around waiting for a place to sit down, so we did. Until there was a place to sit upstairs near the bar by the wall. While up there, several tables became available and we approached four different staff members including servers to allow us taking one of those tables since we were getting ready to order food and drinks while enjoying the live band, unfortunately no one had paid any attention to us or were willing to help us in any way it was frustrating seeing other people being guided from the servers to occupy those tables even though we had been asking for at least two hours. It is very discouraging that they don't care about their customers. We decided not to order anything else and went to another place with a live band that earned or business and recommendation. This might end up been our last trip to this location. Be aware of that behavior.
