First time in Mexico City and we just spent over an HOUR AND HALF in line to pick up tickets for the Ballet Folklórico de México show that could have been sent digitally. When somebody got in the line after 5pm they did not let him in and even called the police on him. This is 2021 and we still have to pick up tickets?! This is absolutely ridiculous. To make things worse...there is only ONE person at the register! Google says they close at 7pm but they're telling everyone here that they close at 5pm due to Covid. Ha!

That was terrible, why do I have to wait on a line somewhere to pick up my tickets????? I waited for over an hour. Get it together Ticketmaster Mexico!!!!! I should be able to use my phone to download, to show the tickets, to do whatever I need to do with them. I shouldn't have to go find a Ticketmaster office to get my tickets that I bought online.

Can you believe we live in 2022 and wait for a paper ticket for 2 hours?
One ticket I selected ticket fast and it turns out if you purchase ticket fast, you won’t need the paper ticket. But when I purchase the second ticket, it doesn’t come up with the ticket fast option. Hence 2 hours of my life I stood under the sun heat doing nothing but only to take the paper ticket, because without it apparently my 4000 pesos will go bye bye.
For the love of god, some intelligent people invent QR code for a reason, also the internet.
Please ticket master, it’s not 1980 no more, grow the fudge up.

The person at the register was lovely, but the wait time was unfortunate :(
Otherwise a good convenient spot to purchase tickets when the app is having issues
Also a canopy would be nice to keep folks from having to endure the weather for the average wait time of an hour or so

It's a shame. Huge queues for at least 2 hours. Terrible service. Avoid buying the tickets thru them whenever possible.

Ya se encuentra en la planta baja, al lado de los juegos de arcadia. Esperé 30 minutos por mis boletos.

Older reviews said it was elsewhere, but it’s now on the first floor (the one you enter on, not the basement). It’s at the northern corner, near the arcade games and candy shops. I arrived 20 minutes after they opened on a Tuesday morning and waited 30 minutes to pick up my tickets.

Located on the ground floor by the candy. Service was nice, line was awful, an hour and a half wait.
