I couldn’t even eat the sushi here. The rice is not Japanese rice at all and it has a weird flavor. Ugh! And there’s cream cheese in all the sushi rolls. Definitely wouldn’t come back.

Spent around 10 min trying to open the virtual menu. For some reason they do not have updated prices on the physical menus. When able to see the menu (on their web page) noticed a nice variety of dishes and opted for a sushi bowl, which had a nice picture for a promoted Tuna bowl. Plate came smaller in size and with limited quantity for each item offered (including the tuna). Incredibly, the prices for beverages(for all included in the menu) were near to $50 pesos or above. I finished my meal quite quickly without having any sip of my drink. I thought of cancelling (due to the high price anyway) but the waiter mentioned to me that this was not possible. I asked why not, and he replied that since it was already in the system, they cannot cancel it (silly argument). Quality of food it is good and fresh. Quantity scarce for the price but considering the neighborhood, I am getting used to it.

The quality of the food and drinks here is horrible. They never hsve more than 1 or 2 customers even in the heart of the city. The service is also horrible as the waiter complained and had a bad attitude because I asked for my chopsticks, when he didnt even bring to begin with. I ordered their special drink and it taste line carbonated water. Absolutely horrendous. Its obvious this restaurant is not making its profits from their food... msybe something else?... ????u200d♂️ I will never go there again and will advise everyone i know to stay away.

Avoid this chain if you have ever tried authentic, quality asian food. I feel that I was significantly overcharged for the poor tasting food I received. My noodles were overcooked. Protein was also tough from being overcooked and bland. Had to send back a warm dish because it came out cold. Worst restaurant I’ve tried so far in CDMX.

The seating outside on the balcony is alright. Food is really really good! Both sushi and ramen are amazing and that's the only reason I give this place 3 stars is because of the food. Service is horrible, it takes so long for every part; order taking, food and beverage service, waiters noticing if you need something. Also saké is always served differently and is a RIP-off. They only put a quarter of the small pitcher (u003d3 saké glasses) and charge you full price. I suggest that you only order take-away and order it way in advance, don't expect to have your food at the time you want it and don't order saké here, there are many other cheaper and faster places in town.
