I joined this gym as it was closest to me for the few months I was here; it’s quite expensive compared to US gyms but for the price in US you would join lifetime or equinox and instead you get this gym here.

Employees are friendly but literally half the machines are broken. The screens are turned off, it’s roped off, or there’s an error code on the screens. The machines that DO work - the screens don’t work or the buttons don’t work. It’s not calibrated properly so you press start and it changes the language to Russian. In the few months I was here not one machine was fixed and only additional machines became out of commission. The bathrooms don’t have any paper towels or napkins or Kleenex, only one air dryer and the soap is usually out. The faucets are rusted and there’s hair everywhere.

Overall this is worse than the best planet fitness in US for 5X the price. I would recommend joining sports city OR commando / Barry’s. That’s what I’ll be doing next time.

They also walk around enforcing use of masks but half the people wear them and they ask you to put it on if you take it off. Quite ridiculous considering I see many employees who don’t even wear them or people training with trainers not wearing them. They pick and choose who to ask.

That's what happens when management does not focus on the needs and feedback of the customers. Your business results eventually catch up with your lack of action.

Not a bad gym in terms of equipment but if you stay one minute (literally) after their closing time they turn off all the lights and leave you in complete darkness. There're no emergency lights or windows. The staff is trained to turn off the lights at that precise second and ignore any complaints.
The staff on the floor is “invisible” as they don’t wear a uniform and don’t offer any help, not even a greeting. Not sure what they do, everything is so untidy and disorganized.
The gym is quite dirty. People leave all kind of stuff in and around lockers and you still see it next time you come.
Many lockers, exercise machines, stairs and ellipticals are heavily worn out.
I tried to contact their operations manager several times via the web feedback link and email with no answer. Don’t bother. Overall, a disturbing lack of service for quite a steep monthly fee.

Look for a cleaner and more customer friendly gym, particularly if you’re an expat accustomed to different customer service ethics and conditions. For the price, there's a lot to choose from in the area.

Not a nice gym. So hot and stuffy inside, really not a good atmosphere to workout in, even worse upstairs. Bathrooms dirty and no toilet seats on toilets for some reason. Towel service and water fountains suspended because of covid…. Okay? Doesn’t make sense to me. 300 pesos for a day pass, have they lost their mind?

Clean, new equipment, dressing rooms and showers in great conditions. My only negative comment would be that the water in the showers never gets quite hot enough.

Really nice, vibrant gym. Lots of classes to choose from, always busy but never feels crowded and have never had to wait or to wait long to use a piece of equipment. Changing rooms are nice and spacious, they provide hairdryers, towels, soap etc. There is also a steamroom. Love coming here.

COMPLETELY WORTHLESS!
When you unsubscribe they still taking money of your credit card, their terms and conditions are made in a way to cheat people and to enhance prices when they want and how they want. Very rude and irresponsible people.
For the way they treat you and the money they take from you there are WAY better gyms.
Last week I saw the guy that works here aflrguing with one of the customers and she trying to explain him. What a rude people they have!

Showers and lockers area need to be better maintained. A single soap for hair, body and hands... I will be canceling it as I think you can find better in cdmx for this price.
