I changed my mind about the hotel. This was my second stay. The hotel is fine for a short business trip if you need a place to sleep and shower, for one or two nights. It has the basics, good clean bed and linen, good wifi connection. Well placed in Planco with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants.

But it is not good for longer stays, there is no coffee in the room, all the rooms lead into an atrium where the breakfast is served which is set up every morning at 6:30 and wakes up the entire hotel. This is not good on a saturday or sunday morning.

There is no laundry service. I wanted to do my own laundry, but then the washing machine was broken.

Still deciding if i will return.

The good thing is the hotel is very competitvely priced, but you know why, it is well located in Polanco.

I was on Business trip in Mexico city and I stayed there for 2 Months, and here is my review.
- Rooms are good, neat u0026 clean
- Staff is very cooperative u0026 friendly, initially I got suite in ground floor and there I was not getting Wi-Fi signals, so they give me room at 1st floor.
- I got most of the stuff for cooking food (Pans, gas stove etc.)
- The only problem I had here, nobody speak English. however, it was good as well for me to learn some Spanish :D.
- Breakfast is not so good, just light one, corn flakes, milk, yogurt, muffin, fruits.
- For Foreigners this place is safe and very comfortable.
- On top floor they have a Gym, which is very good option for people who are staying for long time.

The location of this hotel is perfect for a business or pleasure trip, the rooms are pretty nice, beds comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and spatious, the breakfast was delicious, included with the room. In front desk Hugo was very helpful and tried to make our stay better.

All the rooms are around an interior patio where they serve the breakfast, it's so loud from 6:30 am, we could barely sleep after that time. Rooms look old. Didn't like at all

Very convenient location safe and upscale plenty of cafes stores museums etc. Great hotel to stay in ... wonderful place...

Great Location and Breakfast! However rooms decoration could be improved - overall good value
