I really liked this spot. It’s lowkey but the DJ really knows what he’s doing. I went two weekends in a row and was able to get a table reservation for four each time with one days notice. Make a 9:30 reservation as the party really kicks into gear at about 10:30 and then it’s too full. The ambience is upscale but relaxed enough to let loose. The staff especially the management were so helpful and accommodating each time making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The only reason I gave a 4/5 was because first time we were there we got a table that was too close to the bar so we were told to specifically request a wall table to avoid getting bumped into. We did so the second weekend but were still put in the same spot even though we were assured it would be different. The same manager guy from the first weekend came up to me and apologized and said he would make sure the front knew to accommodate us the next time.

Try this place out for a really good time in Roma! I will return here and bring friends whenever I’m in town again.

My friend and I went, they were rude starting at the door the security guards would not let us in for some reason. When we were let in we were brought to a part of the bar where drinks are being handed to staff so we were asked to move constantly. Ordering a drink was a nightmare the bartender was so rude and stuck up. We left after 1 drink and when we got to the hostess they wouldn’t let us out unless we had an exit ticket that we were never given. We went back to ask for him and had a hard time getting it because of the rude bartender. I don’t recommend this place it’s a beautiful venue but the vibes are not good. Go anywhere else but here.

To whom it concern,

I hope you are well. Tonight my family and I came to Terraza Roma to enjoy a night out (after recommendation from others). Upon arriving we were told it would be $100 DOLLARS cash to get in (under the table paid directly to the bouncer) not sure what his name was but he was working with another man who worked there (bald man). They said that if we paid this we would get a section where we are able to purchase a bottle. We went upstairs and upon getting upstairs they did not give us anything and told us to go to the bar — 2 people from our party left as there was no space for us. We asked what the $100 was for as others paid nothing to get in. They would not give us an answer so we tried to leave and they asked us for $200 more dollars !!? We obviously refused fo pay as we didn’t even get one drink. After arguing they let us leave.

Half of our party is staying at the ritz Carlton and the other is staying at the four seasons. We have informed both hotel concierges of how terrifyingly we were mistreated. We have business in Mexico City and come here often — however we, and the rest of our companies will not be coming to your club again after this mistreatment. I hope you can rectify this unfortunate behavior.

Fun place to hangout and dance. Be sure to reserve a spot ahead of time from their FB page. Another quirk of this place is that I had to get a "all settled" check from the bar to exit.

The music was amazing! Had lots of fun in that way.
The service however, was AWFUL.
We had a reservation for a friend's party.
We wanted to order but the waitress took forever so we decided to go to the bar, she then comes and tells us if we order in the bar we would have to consume there. We tell her what we want so we could go back with our friends. Then another waiter tells us we can't have separate orders. After a long time he leaves and tells us they'll get our drinks and pay there. When its finally time to pay. I show the waitress my cash, she then says the cost its exactly how much I show her, I ask for my receipt and she says she had lots of other orders to take care of so she can't give me receipts. I quickly grab a menu and ask her why she charged me more than it costs, she says it had tip included. I told her I didnt want to tip, I had to follow her so she could give me my change. The night ended with my friend getting his wallet stolen.

Beautiful decoration, spacious, really good music. No cover(at least when I went there) and the price per person is around $300-$500, not bad at all to have fun, and dance.
