Hotel is slightly dated but grounds are very clean and the staff is extremely accommodating. Erik Ruiz is extremely helpful and would assist anyone on anything one needs, including a pleasant conversation at the end of a long day or making sure everything is exactly as the guest wishes. The ambiance of this hotel is similar to a familiar place where one has lived for a while. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent place for stays in business and vacation. Properties are all very clean and staff are very nice. Especially Erick Ruiz gave me a very polite and professional services in any kind of situations, and I would definitely recommend you to stay Obelisk to make your stay in Mexico City precious!

Excellent place for business travel as well for vacation. Erick and his colleagues took perfect care of all our needs. Should I return to CDMX, this will be the place to stay at.

Rooms are perfectly clean.

Erick and Helana who work up front were absolutely amazing.

We left our passport in an Uber on the way to the hotel and didn't speak Spanish and they helped us get it back. They were the silver lining in a very stressful situation.

All of the staff was very kind and considerate, would definitely recommend you check this place out!

This place is incredible. Small building right in the heart of the excitement of Polanco. Everything is walkable and extremely safe. Great breakfast and very clean (albeit somewhat small) rooms. Also comfy communal space to sit and relax after a day out. However - the best part has to be the friendliness of the staff. We connected with Mr. Eric the first day when he helped us with our suitcases and proceeded to literally walk us to a spot we asked him about finding (Many blocks away - in the rain). He has been so delightful ever since. Great tips, conversation, and generally friendly vibes from Mr. Eric and the front desk staff. Will DEFINITELY be back. Staff is great and helpful!
Breakfast is super poor and I had problems eating there.
The worst problem is the room: SUPER hot and the a/c makes A LOT of noise.
Some rooms don't have air conditioning. Be aware.

Great serviced apartments in polanco district. Large, spacious with kitchen. Erik and the team made me feel like a rock star!
