I stayed here for two weeks and I had a great service from all hotel`s staff. The localisation is excellent, they has a delicious breakfast and the rooms have a lot of space and are very clean. Great internet connection and the beds are so comfortable.

I stayed in the hotel in September this year, the hotel charged my credit card by mistake around 500 euro. While the whole stay was already paid by my travel agency. I am fighitng with this hotel for few weeks to get my money back. Their responsivness almost does not exist and there is almost no action to help me. When I was back in Mexico they aligned money will be back within 1 week. Please be very careful while arranging payment with them! In general I do not recommend this place, you can find better ones in Polanco district. I really regret this choice!
