Jose here is fantastic! The suites are spacious and clean

I posted this a couple of days into our stay. We went there a day before checking in to take a look at the rooms and we talked to Jose about weekly and monthly discounts. Of course the monthly discount was a lot more than weekly but we couldn’t commit to monthly so we took the weekly discount. Upon checkout Jose wasn’t working and there was no weekly discount on my bill. The gentleman called Jose and he blatantly lied and said he never once offered us a discount!!! Which is clearly a lie. He said in order to honour the weekly discount we have to pay for the week upfront which I did with cash!!! I was happy with the hotel itself but Jose not honouring his deal and having a bill at the end that was wayyyy higher than I expected!!! Not happy at all
