I stayed 5 days in Parklife and it was really disappointing. When I arrived they just were concerned about charging my credit card and didn't bother with explaining about the facilities. My apartment wasn't ready even if I arrived a couple of hours after my official check in. I couldn't get installed or leave because I was waiting for someone to do an inventory and bring towels and my dog was in the apartment. I waited 1.5 hours, and after texting reception (there's no landlines) they remembered about me. They didn't make me aware of the cleaner's schedule and upcoming bank holiday. They were not cleaning over the weekend or the following Monday and no one told me. I made a complaint and Beatriz (ops employee) showed up to the apartment not to apologise but to let me know they've been busy, I found that really rude. I understand people get busy, but takes two seconds to do things properly especially when you're paying a fortune in these places. The cleaner didn't show up on my last day, texted them again, this is ridiculous service I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there unless you're ok on begging for the device you've paid for. The staff is not well organised, they lack commitment and responsibility, just super lazy. Avoid.
