Lastly, and the most disgusting thing I have seen in many years of going to gyms and even indoor cycling places, feces of who knows what on the floor, again, the staff is not very interested in the state of the business. The shoes are ripped, which to be frank make you disgust wearing them, the staff throws their power naps during work without any repercussion and even worse it can't be that you find CACA on the floor where you exercise. If they don't worry about that kind of thing, I don't expect them to worry about even COVID-19 because to finish it they don't even give you gel when you enter.

The place does not follow the protocols required by CIVIL PROTECTION at all, everything is poorly done. I would absolutely not recommend anyone, not even my worst enemy, to come here. A really disgusting place, poorly maintained and where they even make you have a bad time.

Uno pensaría que Siclo es simplemente otro lugar de indoor cycling como muchos que actualmente existen en la ciudad de México pero no es el caso de este lugar. Me di la tarea (como usualmente lo hago) de analizar lo que es el lugar, veo todos los detalles de  negocio en el que haces ejercicio. Para empezar; que sea un lugar limpio, tomando en cuenta ahorita la pandemia, me sorprendí al ver primeramente que los zapatos que te dan están en PÉSIMA condición, rotos, en serio en una muy mala condición. El staff ni cuenta de eso se dan porque al parecer, igualmente cuando fui a tomar la sesión me encontré igualmente con la sorpresa de ver a gente del staff dormida. En vez de estar haciendo sus tareas, su trabajo es estar interactuando o ayudando a la gente que va. Por último y de lo más asqueroso que he visto en muchísimos años de ir a gimnasios e inclusos lugares de indoor cycling, heces de quién sabe qué en el suelo, otra vez, a el staff no le interesa mucho el estado del negocio. Los zapatos están rotos, que para ser franco te dan asco ponértelos, el staff se echa sus power naps durante el trabajo sin repercusión alguna e incluso peor no puede ser que encuentres CACA en el suelo de donde haces ejercicio. Si de ese tipo de cosas no se preocupan no espero que se preocupen por incluso el COVID-19 porque para acabarla ni gel te dan cuando entras.

El lugar para nada sigue los protocolos que exige PROTECCIÓN CIVIL, todo está mal hecho.  No le recomendaría a absolutamente nadie, ni a mi peor enemigo que vengan aquí. Un lugar realmente asqueroso, mal cuidado y donde incluso te hacen pasar malos momentos.
No está capacitada de una forma adecuada el staff y no creo tampoco que les interese, y si les interesa algo va a tener que ver sobre algún chisme sobre alguien para estar criticando.
Si uno se pone a leer incluso los comentarios de esta franquicia, hay quejas que son incluso y MUCHO peores de lo que yo he descrito aquí. Realmente espero que los dueños, gerentes y encargados tomen medidas porque mientras siga así el negocio, no me sorprendería ver que este negocio termine mal como muchos ya porque , leyendo reseñas, al INVEA se le podría pedir ayuda a que hagan algo porque para de lo que va, se ve que la gente encargada es simplemente INEPTA.
