It's a very small plaza, but you can still find a coffee place, a dentist and some pilates classes. It's good for a little break if you're walking on the area.

Little plaza on Horacio a half block from Parque Uruguay. The only place that I visited is Starbucks and they have tables in the Plaza which you can invite you dog to have a coffee with you although he would probably like a frapuccino more.
