I have Celiac Disease and have tried gluten free bakeries, especially when I travel and this has been by far the best gluten free bakery I have eaten at. The pastries are flakey, have the right consistency and flavorful, my husband even liked them. My suggestion is the dark chocolate and cream filled Chocolaton. Sad we were only visiting and do not have a gluten free bakery near us this good.
