Good food. Poor service. If you order an additional bottle of wine and your cups are empty, you would expect the new bottle to be there pronto. We had to ask for it twice and it still took some time. Given that there were only four or five tables with guests and plenty of staff. The staff needs to be on their toes in order for the food to be fully complemented by the service as I go to eat for the experince which includes both mentioned, plus the atmosphere.

Great place if you have a hankering for raclette or swiss style fondue. Attentative service and a lovely terrace for dining in good weather. Prices [for the area] are fair but in generally the San Angel barrio is at the top end of expensive Mexico City restaurants.

Great food and ambiance... I give them demerits for seeing a kitchen garbage bag in the hallway exiting the kitchen and into the seating area, and the bathroom not being very clean. I've always related kitchen and bathroom cleanliness and attention to detail to the cleanliness they have when handling food.
