Open, fresh, and cozy. The menu has a lot of options for breakfast and brunch. Located few meters away from the Morish Kiosk. 4 stars just because of the long time to serve. Great experience. Fully recomendad. My new favorite brunch spot.!! :-)

I really wanted to like this place. So many reviews and a line out the door to get in on a Sunday afternoon. But the arancini were dry dry dry served with no sauce. I had both the prosciutto and cheese, and the spinach and ricotta. They were out of ravioli and the auga del día. I asked the waitress what else she recommended and she recommended everything but the pasta lol. I got the pasta carbonara anyway and it wasn't bad but disappointing that it was made with bacon versus pancetta. Small portion too. All the sweetener was at the bottom of the lemonade. Service wasn't that great either. The waitress who attended to me was just very matter of fact throughout the whole experience.

Even when busy, María Ciento38 provides a great dining experience. This is important to note because it talks about the restaurant's professionalism (the attention and efficiency put to make you feel good). Although prices are higher for the area and the city, so is the quality of MC38's food. Perfect for a lovely date or as a memorable spot when exploring the more northern parts of Mexico City.

I really wanted to like this place but it just wasn't as good as I had hoped. My husband ordered the pasta and he said it was really good but they don't give very much for the high price. I got the pizza to share with my daughter and it was sooooo greasy that it was all I could taste. It was a very thin pizza so having it swimming in oil was not appetizing at all. I used 7 napkins to try and soak it up. We were so hungry and tired from visiting the pyramids that we just didn't even bother complaining. I'm giving 3 stars because they were very child friendly and it was a beautiful place.
*my husband had already started eating before I could get a picture.

Lovely Dinner on Saturday night. We shared Burrata( soft and delicious!), a Gorgonzola fig salad( fresh and excellent dressing), Spaghetti Siciliano( could have been warmer but really superb, and 2 types of Arancini( good but lacking in salt and flavor). The romantic outdoor gravel floor patio surrounded by a historic home contributed to a flawless setting that complemented the experience. Disappointed in thff we service- very nice Waitress overworked brought all dishes out at the same time??? Took ages to bring glasses of wine….. Need some help in that Department! We will return and spell out the order of how we want the food brought and order wine at the beginning of the meal. Or maybe come during the week when less stress? Prices were affordable ( compared to Roma, Condesa) and the crowd was more local, well dressed, friendly, and warm. Better service would have brought this to 5 star.

We arrived at 12.30 looking for lunch. Breakfast menu still operating, but we chose 3 amazing dishes. The mimosa and coffee was sensational too. Great service, beautiful surroundings. Even have their own cat and we watched the owner picking avocadoes straight from their tree. All class.

It is a cozy place to enjoy italian specialties… Food was great, drinks were good and price vs quality is fair…
I would suggest to pay attention on service as the waiter wasn’t really around and we waited long to order dessert and coffee but he was really respectful and charming…
