It's free to visit and open until 4pm (except Mondays). You should check out when are the free guided tours. During September 2022 they are at 13.30 on Saturdays. Definitely recommend visiting the garden with the tour, you learn so much more about the plants and their use. Also the orchid green house closes at 3 pm so plan accordingly if you also wanna visit it.

These are amazing public gardens and greenhouse inside the centre of the park. Highly worth a visit and walk thru in my opinion, especially if you like displays of cacti, dallias, huge tropical hibiscus trees, and what I think were large bamboo stalks but amateur that I am I couldn’t figure out. A really charming part of the park

Incredible beautiful space. The diversity in plants is amazing. So many happy pollinators flying about as well. I’ve never seen such active butterflies. One of the most beautiful spots in one of the most beautiful parks in one of the most beautiful cities. A CDMX gem.

On Sundays you can enter from 16:30 to 20:30 for free

Great place to appreciate the native vegetation. We went there right when they opened at 9 am and then headed to the outdoor dining area and had some great pozole while waiting for museums to open at 11 am.

Go to the free tours on the weekend! (We went on a Saturday at 1.30pm) brilliant, Rebecca was a superb tour guide

One of the most amazing botanical gardens…. So many great plants and birds to see. Well worth the visit!
