Place is beautiful and the staff is nice but I just paid $96 pesos for hot milk.. the caramel machiato just tastes like hot milk with a little sweetner..not worth it. Also asked for a cup of water and the lady offered me the smallest cup possible as if it's coming out of her paycheck.. like why not just give me a regular sized cup of water after paying $100 for hot milk lol..

Love the open air feel of this starbucks outlet. Well embedded into the ecological ecosystem behind it. Extremely warm staff who help you despite language barriers.

Service quality, cleanliness and speed of delivery is superb!

Great service but I ordered 3 cold drinks, and all of them had 75% ice, the same drank I have had ordered on the past on other Starbucks in cdmx and yet it's the first one where they gave me this much ice, I didn't notice and took them to my family who told me they had the same issue as me.

Got off the tour bus and started walking around the Chapultepec park and right when you come in from the main avenue, there is this Starbucks, so it is visible. The decoration is modern and chic. The music was relaxing while I waited in line. I only had to wait for one person in front of me and I tried the Cajeta Frap and it was awesome. ( just try it ) also another time I got the Flat White, both were good, the service on one of the times was from Ramiro and he offered information about the drink. The washroom is behind the building so a bit tricky. Got to enjoy the space, a random guy came around asking people for money and without permission, hope they get rid of that guy, I only saw him once. Back at the review, I had a good experience , service, food. Oh and as for the WIFI, it worked well for me.

En esta Ultima vez compre una botella hecha de vidrio reciclable para no usar tanto plástico.

There’s a friggin tree growing through the middle of it! Absolutely beautiful and unique Starbucks location, blending seamlessly with nature.

Unfortunality the opening hours are not correct. We came extra here today (Monday, 2pm) to relax here and it was closed. Very disappointing.
