Room (4/5): The room is really nice (stayed on the Sydney floor). Very spacious, beautiful kitchen, wonderful views of the city. The bed was very firm (uncomfortable).

Service (5/5): The front desk was really helpful. The staff were very nice. Huge shout out to the breakfast cafe staff.

Location (4/5): The hotel is a bit far from downtown, but there's tons to do in the area.

It was nice overall. Though, it is showing some need of maintenance. Little details like paint, slow shower drain, shower head needs cleaning, paint touch ups around the place. Parking is underground and tight for space. Best for small cars. Quiet. Big rooms with full kitchen sans oven. They almost look like bachelor pads. Right next to the world trade center. It would be great for staying while attending a convention.

This hotel is superb! Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful rooms that offer a lot of comfort. Rooms even have a whole kitchen for those staying longer and wanting to do some cooking of their own.

Flexible with extending stay for just a few hours (of course within availability).

The amenities offer extra comfort with jacuzzi, gym, sauna. Even a terrace for a nice view.

In top of that they have meeting rooms and working space for those in need of more peace to get some work done.

The hotel's chef prepares breakfast of choice and there are always a few cookies and tea or coffee in the lounge/waiting area.

I visired some other hotel in this city but this hotel is the best. Room is spacy and people are so kind. Street is quite and World Trade Center is within 5 minutes walk.

We have stayed for two weeks at this hotel and enjoyed every day of it. The apartment we have stayed at came with a large fridge, stove, microwave and ample cabinet space. The apartment is very roomy and as the bedroom door closes it separates the bedroom from the rest of the living area, providing privacy and a home feel. The property staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The made to order breakfasts at the hotel cafe were great. The pictures in the hotel listing are an exact representation of the state of the property. What ever problems there were with the apartment we have stayed at were addressed rapidly. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Mexico City.

I have stayed at this place a couple of times and it is very comfortable, clean. The staff is very attentive and the food is decent. It is located in a place where you can get out and walk without concerns. I am going on my 3rd trip and I would be staying there again. Everything is close by and you can use UBER to move to tourist places.
