Positive: location is really good . staff was good, and elevator was working properly Negative: the shower was really bad. The water pressure was normal but temperature would go from very hot to very cold within seconds, and back to hot and cold without a steady temperature despite of how the knob was turned/set.

Well situated opposite the flickering lights of WTC Mexico City this place oozes Big City. There is a Walmart Express close by. Gyms, Oxxo and even a massive street art object.The gym lacks in maintenance, the roof garden closed, still we enjoyed the concept.

I can only speak of the place as a visitor that dropped in to see a friend staying there, but it seemed comfortable, chic, good location, maybe a little problematic when the one elevator it has isn't working, but otherwise nice. Clean, nice views of the WTC itself, and right across the street from Mexico City's WTC Convention Center. It's also walking distance from dozens of restaurants, supermarkets, mini-marts, public transportation (Metrobus Line 1), and not at all far from any major points in the city.

Good option for work trips, very close to WTC financial, convention and concerts center and with great access to public transportation
