the room looks as advertised. it is renovated and generally clean. Staff are super friendly and extra nice , they do what they can to make you happy. the location is comfortable.
The bathroom was not very clean, there were hair of the previous guest on the floor. The pillows were uncomfortable . Bed and pillows need to be upgraded. Some of towels were super old , I asked for better towels and they provided but those old towels should not even be offered to guests. Rooms need a very good vaccum cleaner, Surpriosingly they use broom and mop to clean the floor of your room which makes everywhere dusty. if they improve in above areas it worth the money but otherwise I think it is expensive considering the location.

The hotel and staff are absolutely fantastic. However, I think it’s important to note that at the moment (June 2021) there is a ton of street noise and traffic going on due to vaccinations across the street. I was told this would continue all month. Not the hotel’s vault, but the loud honking and police whistles all throughout the early morning hindered my stay. Would recommend this place any other time!

Very nice boutique hotel, close to everything downtown. Rooms are large, new and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and speak some English. I was here during the earthquake and everyone at the hotel was attentive and helpful throughout the ordeal. I will be staying here on any further trips to Mexico City.

I love this hotel! We stayed here last December u0026 returned this year. The staff is amazing. They are so friendly, helpful u0026 acomadating. The rooms are spacious, modern u0026 sparkling clean. It’s a great location. Safe with many great restaurants. We will definitely return! Thank you to the staff for making our visit so wonderful.

Had a five night stay enjoyed very much. Very clean hotel and the rooms are very large with awesome lighting, internet speed is awesome, nice large flat screen and good access to AC plugs for your electronic devices. Staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Mexico city which is directly across from the W.T.C.

Despite providing almost 30 days notice for a single nights stay this hotel refused to refund my reservation money. Expedia tried to reason with them but they completely refused and kept the entire amount for my stay.
Greedy and completely lacking any customer service, don’t book here - they only care about their bottom line.
