Not great. No air conditioning, minimal amenities, breakfast is less than great and the waiters are all on your space even when you pay breakfast beforehand. They make you sign a ticket to give them tips even if their service wasn’t great. If you dont plan on staying long and dont want to spend lots of money, this place is okay. Otherwise, I’d find a nicer hotel.

Good hotel if you are looking a cheap and good located place.
Rooms are small but comfortable.
It is an old hotel.

I like this mid-range hotel. The location is great, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly. I have stayed at this hotel for over 20 years from time to time and will continue to do so. It can be hard to get a reservation as they can be completely booked sometimes.

A very serviceable Hotel. The room was nice and cozy and the beds were firm. The location is close to a metro bus station and it's close to many tourist places including just a few minutes walk from the Zona Rosa. It is nothing special, but we didn't spend much time in there as we came to Mexico to explore. It worked great for our needs.

Big place for travelers, perhaps for some might be not quite nice, but just for one night until you find what you looking for. I think it's a place to sleep. It's nice not like Five star hotel but, like I say it's a place to sleep for the night.

Looks good on the outside. Rooms are smelly. No soap in rooms to clean up or bathe. At night they have very loud noise that to me seemed like a water pump. I would not recommend this hotel even though the staff is courteous.
