Checkin was fast and easy, staff very friendly and accommodating. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Very good price! Located in a perfect place where you can move around the city easily. I would definitely stay here again. WiFi needs a little work but everything else was just great!

This hotel has the worst Internet connection. It take more than a minute to load a picture. Can’t do my work here at all. I’m literally using my own data to write this review, cause the wifi can’t even load google map

I asked to speak to the manager and the receptionist is rude she acts like she is the owner of the hotel. I called by phone and I did not communicate with him either. very bad service and the hotel needs a good remodel.

The hotel was okay...but there were some things that upset me. The bed and whole appearance of the room was nice but once I needed to charge my phone I realized they stripped all the outlets so that you could only use the 2 outlets in the restroom and one by the tv. Very inconvenient! I was in a room with 3 people so we had to buy a surge protector because the one near the tv kept shocking us. The restroom was was not cleaned properly and the shower needed a new shower head because it sprayed everywhere. Reception was not pleasant, they always rolled there eyes when we asked for something as simple as our keys to our car, which you have to leave with them when you park in the hotels parking lot. The air conditioner was weak and always ended up waking up in the night from how hot the room was. The last day, we decided to go to the pool but they got mad because we asked if they could turn on the jets to the side pool which was not heated. There were construction men working on the roof the whole time were the pool is and they were more pleasant than the staff. Really not happy with this place for their service.

The hotel is old. The pool is disgusting it has no maintenance. The room walls are very thin I could listen to my neighbors conversation all through the morning. Expect really bad toiletries, they have no identification so I had no clue it was conditioner or body lotion.

Go to hotel. Center of everything and transportation. Good restaurants nearby.
Hotel has excellent service and great staff.
Been coming here since 2005 for my stay in Mexico City. Never had a problem.

The hotel facilities are comfortable and great looking. The neighborhood is calm and we'll located. The only drawback is that the rooms lack of power outlets
