I loved the rooms! Clean, the breakfast was delicious, and you can eat more than 1 portion! The staff are so kind and they solved an issue with our reservation in the moment! I recommend this place :D

Lo he reportado incluso con gerencia y parece no importarles en mi última visita las sábanas estaban sucias y lo mismo con las almohadas.

El personal del hotel es de lo más amable, atento, servicial y empático que me ha tocado conocer, la verdad se portaron muy bien todos y me hicieron sentir muy cómodo durante mi estancia, desde el check-in hasta el momento de salir. El hotel tiene todo, desayuno, excelente ubicación y tarifas razonables tratándose de la zona en la que está. Se descansa bien si tomas las habitaciones que están al fondo del pasillo, ahí si hay privacidad. El único inconveniente que percibí fue que los colchones ya están muy gastados, sumidos de algunas zonas y las almohadas ya están muy planas; si tienes el sueño ligero, esto si será un problema, pues no podrás dormir bien o al menos, no muy cómodo.
