Location and hotel are great. But staff sometimes is not very professional. Seems they need more training to be more courteous. I called reception to ask for towels and nobody spoke English!. You don't spect this from such a large hotel.
But the location is as good as it gets!

Stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel room was a good size and clean. The pool on the roof was cool in concept but was a bit dirty at times. The staff was unfriendly on a few occasions but the location...can't be beat! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, outdated rooms

We really enjoyed:
- the location
- a good and reliable WiFi
- the polite and caring staff

Honestly, we were quite disappointed by the room:
- the toilet gets very easily clogged, almost everyday
- there were dirty stains on the room wall, the room seemed like it was never properly vaccumed, overall not the best cleaning; the room really needs freshening up and better cleaning.
- Cleaning: often a towel missing in the bathroom; had to call the reception a couple of times to request a missing towel.
- Breakfast buffet too pricy

Decent location and about a 20-25 drive from the airport. Yellow taxi didnt have a meter as far as I could see and charged us $22 from the airport. I think they are charging $12 to take us back to the air, but using the taxi service from the hotel.

The hotel is awesome in a funky 60s 70s kinda vibe. Im sure the artwork is original. The rooms are nice and dont smell bad. There is a plastic cover you will have to remove from shower drain which is why it doesn’t smell. I appreciate that. Only thing is walls are paper thin. You can here the girl puking all night long like as if she were in the room with us.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in my life. Not clean, very old, AC didn’t work on my room and the only solution they gave me was a fan that stopped working after a few hours. I travel very often to Mexico but I will never stay at this hotel again.

I stayed there with my boyfriend. Great place and excellent personal service. The hotel is very well located and have a heated pool which is a plus .

Absolutely recommended

Wonderful hotel and staff! The pool wasn't open late enough for us to access it after sightseeing and the bar was not ever open during our 5 day stay (including weekend). Otherwise I would definitely recommend a stay! Rooms were clean and cared for. Small safe in the room was helpful. Restaurant breakfast omelette could be made to order and they have a breakfast buffet. Bus picks up right on Reforma in front of the hotel. They also have great, reliable taxis available right at the front door as well. Bank ATM, Oxxo and cafe all conveniently nearby.
