Fairly good with reasonable choice for breakfasts. Didn't eat there in the evening. Main beef was fan noise from kitchens below coming up through the light well that our window faced. Ironically, when they were on, it was like "white noise" so I was able to sleep. Then they turn on and off periodically from the early hours. Look out for rooms with only access to light wells and maybe ask to change.

A tourist hotel. The room is clean. The walls are thin and you can hear people talking and there is NO sound proofing in the corridors....so quite noisy. Not good for sleeping. I have only found one reception staff who could speak English. So asking for a morning call is hopeless. Breakfast basic. I rate the hotel 3 * although their publicity material rates themselves as a 4 *

Let’s get things straight. First of all, the restaurant food was disgusting and looked like it was made from
plastic. Even my tour guide didn’t like the food, so he went out to eat street food which was 5 TIMES better than the restaurant food. The internet connection was very slow ranging 1-2 mbps, making browsing the web and video calling nearly impossible. The beds were INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. In the morning when I woke up, I had bed bug bites and blisters all over myself. The room that I stayed at was disgusting. The walls and ceiling had dry paint coming off and parts of the floor were dusty. The room didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave (which would’ve been useful when I had leftovers after going out to eat). The bathroom situation was okay, except for the fact that when I first took a shower, it took about 5 mins to get hot water to come out. Overall, I had a terrible experience with this hotel as it ruined my vacation here in Mexico. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Stayed on my first trip to Mexico City the room was cleaned every day even if it wasn't dirty. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Close to a convenience store down the street as well as street vfood vendors offering fruit, tacos, tortas, etc. and a great super cheap taco restaurant a block away if you walk three blocks up there was a Carl's jr., Starbucks, McDonald's,and other fast food chains. Breakfast was good each day was diffrent. Very close the metro and La Reforma (shopping center/ theater) which was about a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute if you take the metro and very close to Chapultepec. Uber from the hotel to locations was roughly 40 to 65 pesos u003d2.5 - 4 dollars

Terrible service. Had asked for a triple but only gave us a double and refused to help us. We paid for two rooms but we were forced to stay in one. After we went to get dinner at their restaurant and charged us extra for drinks. Wifi is an extra $10 a day. The safe in the room was broken and the room itself was small.

Service was good and hotel generally was ok. Room very small and bathroom doesn't fit 6 foot tall person. Wi-Fi isn't free.
