This is a traditional Mexican Hotel, with a classic taste of stone decorating. The room we stayed in was really small, but very practical and the rate was unbeatable. Their location is excellent, right on Avenida Reforma, which puts you in walking distance from practically anything there is to see in Mexico City. Their service was excellent, their food was delicious. My wife and I will definitely return.

Awful, stay at Fiesta Americana or Sheraton. We booked a 5 night stay based on the Google reviews. Which I highly believe are manipulated. Guess what? Terrible stay!! No room service, beg for coffee, gone all day to come back at 5 in need of a nap to a room that was never touched!! This, after we complained to the front desk about the lack of room service and attention to our complaints. Not even given a second roll of toilet paper. Save your money and time and don’t stay here! This coming from a well traveled American and his lovely Mexican national fiance. You’re welcome!!!????????????????

The staff and service was wonderful. The room wasn't the greatest. The bed was incredibly small. My husband booked with the understanding it was a queen bed, but there's no way that was a standard queen; at best it was a double. Unless you really love sleeping shoulder to shoulder with your spouse, spring for the bigger bed. Also, we were charged for parking, which was bizarre. We stayed at much higher end hotels the night before and the night after staying here, and neither charged us.

Edit the maid stole my ring, when I asked her about it the next day after cleaning the room her answer was that she will look for the ring, I thought she would bring the ring back but she instead left a peso coin on the night table where my ring was, she hided from me until I left the hotel, I contacted Ivan at the security office he promised me that he was going to look into the situation which he did not, neither answered my calls after that conversation.

Small hotel rooms. Food was barely average for the price. I had room service 500 pesos and 350 paso buffet. Both the same. Service was not the same as you receive from other comparably price hotels. My first day, I would have left if not prepaid

Terrible experience; this hotel is located very far from Condesa/Roma Norte which is the main tourist areas. Have to walk half an hour to get to anywhere. The elevator was broken upon arrival and only one elevator was working my entire stay. Took 5 minutes to call the elevator every time and get to the 11th floor. Elevator would stop at every other floor which really delayed things and was frustrating. Room key maker was broken upon arrival and I was only given one room key. Two random people that worked at the hotel knocked on my door 5 minutes after I got into my room and was about to take a shower, I thought I was going to get robbed. Room key stopped working at one point. Rooms are small for the price paid. I asked to speak to a manager to talk about this experience and was told to wait but I needed to take my bus to Puebla. I will never stay here again. You can reach me via email if you want to discuss this further.

Rooms and surrounding areas were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with a large selection of local dishes.
