Amazing staff! Highly thoughtful and respectful. Especially a gentleman by the name of Roberto who made my friends and I feel very important ????????. Very thoughtful anytime he saw us walking in or out of the hotel considering we had two rooms, he would ask if we or our rooms needed anything? From the security man up front to the waiters upstairs were very pleasant! Not to mention the hotel itself! Beautiful and very comfortable. They also have great food with an amazing ambiance. We will definitely be coming back to this very cool yet elegant place!

The staff here is so wonderful and friendly. They went above and beyond for my birthday weekend. Great location to cafes and restaurants, helped us set up airport transportation and COVID testing. Extremely kind and accommodating. The woman at the front desk was very nice. 100% would stay again.

It is a nice hotel but not what I expected. There is no car parking service so be aware of this when you arrive either you need to look for a place or you can use the street but will need to pay the "parquímetro" . Once in room (15) the shower is embedded in the ceiling but the ceiling is cracked due to the humidity and the water was falling from between the cracks. In the bright side there is a Nespresso machine in the room and 2 capsules for free and the bed was huge !!! So all in all not bad

Love the rooms , clean and spacious. Staff is really positive and attentive. There is also great roof top restaurant belong to hotel. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful understated hotel. The room come with HDTV, Sky and climate control. Each room is an oasis of calm and you can use a Bose speaker free of charge from reception. Continental breakfast was included and the hotel boost a nice restaurant on the 3rd floor
