Totally the food I ordered wasn't cooked well and with spices in disproportion. It was tasting really bar. The quantity wasn't good but it didn't matter as I left it half way through. One star for the India masal chai I was craving for and it came little close to that. Very expensive compared to excellent Mexican food available around here. I ate chicken curry and mutton biryani . Those who have eaten good India food will be disappointed here. Wish he spends little more effort in making it authentic. Good luck

1 star is just for them being nice. Nowhere close to Indian food. Taste was pathetic. I ordered garlic Nan but they served me normal Nan which was prepared by the rotten dough. I have no idea how it has been rated as top 10 Indian food place (I dont wanna call it restaurant as it is a very small shop). Think 10 times before you go, if you want to have Indian food.

Good Indian food. Chicken curry and nan best bet. Chicken pakora was good enough.

I would give this 5 stars but I discount based on the cost. The butter chicken was one of the more flavorful I have had in Mexico. Nice spices and excellent quality. The cost was 140 which is about average for indian in CDMX. The problem cost wise was the much needed basmatti rice at 90 pesos! That's almost double some other spots and more than the most expensive Indian food in the city. My check with rice and nan came out to about 350 plus tip. The service was great. The chef is Indian. My only complaint is the cost. It's just not a price I am willing to dole out for more than a special occasion or supreme craving. Otherwise I'd give it a 5 star rating. Definitely worth trying if you understand the scarce landscape of Indian food in the city and the quality issues trying to achieve with available ingredients.

It is not Indian food by any means. Its just that may be they pass due to being more Mexicans visiting and not knowing exactly what Indian food is. On the menu clearly says biriyani is made of basmati rice but they serve a biriyani with normal local rice (whether its biriyani is a different question). Just an example. And it was waste of money!!

One of the very few places to eat Indian food. The spices used to cook food are pretty authentic and taste good. I have only tried vegetarian food. On request, the food can be made spicy and it tastes amazing.

Out of 3 4 Indian restaurants, I liked this one the most.

Place is usually quiet. Prices are affordable. I loved the aalo mutter, Punjabi chhole and Daal tadka. For spicy food lovers, please ask to make it spicy specifically and you will have one great dining experience.

Aalo samosa is not worth though. Very small and tastes ok ok. Place is little inside but definitely worth visiting if you are staying anywhere near reforma area.

The owner and staff are friendly. You can speak with the owner even in Hindi or Bengali. On special request the owner made chhas (butter milk) instead of lassi once. So yeah, you can ask for small customizations for sure.
