Shout out to the security officer, Jesus!
Thank you for all the help during our stay in Hotel Ritz. We wanted a coffee in the vending machine in the middle of the night but we do not have coins. He gave us his spare change just for us to have coffee since everything outside is already close. Thank you, Jesus!

Our stay was great. The breakfast was good. The price is very very affordable and it is close to everything in Zocalo, the main square of Central Mexico.

Positive: Location and friendly staff. Negative: The toilet didn¿t work in our room and we weren¿t offered another room. Also the beds are extremely firm and made sleeping very difficult.

Great location, clean rooms, comfortable bathrooms, delicious breakfast buffet and very good service, staff in general were very nice and helpful.

With a great location in the center of the city, it’s an old comfy hotel.

The price is good for the location and it’s clean. Worth it cause you have everything near.

Grand old hotel. Built in 1924!Excellent buffet breakfast. Clean rooms. No heat or AC in rooms. There is a fan. Pedestrian walkway in front of hotel. (Meaning you can not drive up to front door) Taxi will drop you off u0026 you will need to walk to front door, about 75 feet or so. In historical district.

Amazing location - in the heart of CDMX. You are right on the pedestrian street and very close to all sightseeings.
Hotel itself is fine - nice bed, polite staff, super clean. The room we got was very small. Breakfast is good but a bit expensive for what you get.
The hotel is good value for money.

The only bad thing is that we didn't have ac, just an small fan, it was hot in the room
