Stayed for 4 nights in May 2022. We were blown away by the kindness of the staff, the services offered and the hotel overall. Breakfast every day was delicious and our waiters were personable and gave us great recommendations for our trip. The location is great, walkable to many popular attractions. The daily housekeeping was a wonderful to come back to after a full day of exploring. Will be telling our friends about this hotel and staying here the next time we're in Mexico City.

This hotel is centrally located in Mexico City. It’s clean, airy and tastefully decorated . The staff is professional and very helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and there’s plenty of bottled water on each floor. They have a cafe that opened 24x7 and included in the price of our stay. They have snacks, sandwiches and salads with beverages included ( except you’ll have to pay for wine). Also included was an historic walking tour, if you wish to do so.It is worth every bit of the time it takes. The guide is knowledgeable and bilingual. Would definitely stay again.

Just came back after 8 nights here with the wife. First, do not go for the $50 per night places. You want this! Excellent location street wise, great area, super clean and safe hotel, and the staff were the best. The food in the up front cafe all day long was superb! The 3 guys in the breakfast area Roberto, Gonzalo and Arturo were amazing and on top of anything you need - fast and happy. Next a shout out to the 2 main ladies up front that helped with everything else.... Maria Paula and Ingrid!! The rooms were large, clean, and well decorated. Even my super picky wife was happy! I could not imagine staying anywhere else next time in Mexico City. Bang for Buck...... the best!

A absolute little gem of a hotel. Everyone was so kind and patient. The decor is lovely and creates a sense home. The free breakfast is amazing, some of the best food we had during our stay. Looking forward to returning to CDMX just to stay here again.

My husband I sent 12 nights at central hotel the staff were amazing. The morning concierge was a kind young man and when we become ill he sent out for the medication we had asked fore. The night conierge was also very helpful when we need to have a covid text done he took care of everything.The three gentleman who attended our breakfast were Conzalo, Roberto and Arturo who were just a delight to have. Also always greeted with a smile , playful and respectful. They took very good care of us, especially leaving a pot of coffee on the table for my husband. Which he really appreciated. I must also mention the house keeping staff were just wonderful. Kept our room clean and notice if we were running low on anything it was replaced on our return. Thank you Central Hotel for making our visit one to remember.

We were so impressed with the white glove breakfast, the 24 hour free deli, the extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and worth the price. We would like give a special mention for the friendly staff members Roberto, Arturo, Verenice, Didi, Fernando, Jose, Gonzalo, Paula, Amanda, Anna, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Hotel Historico Central was a great hotel stay for singles as well as families. It was very accommodating especially with their 24 hour cafe service and breakfast (7-11) with amazing food and servers.. Gonzalo , Roberto and Arturo...they were the best! We'd go again!!
