Fantastic location! Spent hours at the parks nearby each day.

Like others have said the sockets are in weird locations and there are none near the bed. The shower is a bit funky too, the water alternates between boiling and freezing. It takes a while to adjust it to tolerable temperatures. The beds are a bit on the hard side which is just right for me but some might find problematic.

The staff are friendly and professional.

They were not kid friendly.The shower in the room was dirty outdated. Towels were not clean .They did not have the food that they show in the menu .its not as great as the pictures show. when booking. Very rude staff wow never will return!

Loved it. Two visits years ago. Do they still have their lions? That was the only noise I heard at dawn.

Money was taken from the hotel room while we were gone. Bathroom barley worked, they charged extra for more than 2 people. They tried to charge more money after stay was complete and argued that they never got the money.

Second time staying at Park Villa. Just across the street from Chapultepec Park. The hotel stay included free bike rentals so we spent a morning bike riding through the beautiful park. Both hotel restaurants are very good with to notch service.

Friendly staff, restaurant is in house, adequate room space accommodation. There is very good service in the restaurant section and the garden view is lovely. You can also do room service
